There is a one time, $99 installation fee (taxes included) for home customers.

There is a $150 installation fee (taxes not included) for WIMAX service.

Instillation includes:      

Installation of a subscriber unit outside the home.

Installation of high speed service to one computer, or a router if you choose.

We will test signal quality and run speed tests.

We will install Spam blockers, virus software on your computer and we will set up 2 to 5 email addresses.

This is for a simple 1-hour installation.  If we spend more than one hour we reserve the right to bill for our time. 

Business Class installation fees may vary.

We no longer support your in-home wireless network.

We have noticed the support call volume ever increasing when a homeowner wants multiple computers on their home network.  We supply one IP address per customer.  Please refer to our Network Responsibility Diagram before calling.

When calling for support, if it is determined that the support is a result of a wireless network issue, we will bill for our time. 
Our support rate is $55.00  an hour.  Minimum 1 hour.

If you have a hardware issue or we have to debug because a virus has infected your computer, we can come and clear up these issues.  Our rates are $55.00 per hour including travel time.

Disconnect

If we shut down service due to slow pay, bad checks, we have instituted a $25 re-connect fee.

Bad Check fee

We have instituted a bad check fee.  This fee is $40.00 and we can only clear up the account with a debit card or credit card.
