How To Setup Thunderbird Mail Client

This FAQ is to help you setup Mozilla Thunderbird Email Client.

Click on the Tabs below to see step by step instructions and images to guide you through the set up process.

Once you have completed these steps, your Thunderbird email client will be able to send and receive email using the FireNet1.com mail server.

Step 1

1. Install Thunderbird. It can be downloaded from www.mozilla.org.After the install is complete, you should see the screen below. Click NEXT.

Step 2

2. Choose Email Account and Click Next.

Step 3

3. Enter your name and your email address in the appropriate fields.

Step 4

4. Choose POP and enter mail.firenet1.com in the incoming and outgoing server fields.

Step 5

5. Enter your fully qualified email address. It must include the @firenet1.com. Click NEXT.

Step 6

6. Click NEXT.

7. You’re Done!
