...with the installation of our 225th customer.

We have been so busy with upgrades and new installs that we slipped by our 200th customer without much fanfare and have now crossed over the 225 customer mark.  It's very encouraging to see the growth of the company in the last year, especially in light of the fact that we lost an entire service area as a result of a tower falling.

Our future is bright despite the economic downturn.

Often times we are the only network bringing service to rural areas of Tunica and Desoto Counties.  But many times we are competing with billion-dollar phone and cable companies.  Thankfully people want to be online and want choice.  We will never be able to out spend these companies, so we have to work a lot smarter, react faster, and provide better service.
Just like many of our loyal customers we have to make improvements slowly and within our budget.  The good news is we have been able to expand a little faster in the past year.

Over 200 customers represent a mountain of work for a small company like us.
But thankfully we can see the effort is appreciated when we receive complements like one I heard from a valued customer just the other day.  He
said "I don't know how y'all do it.   I had DSL for years and I was always
calling them for support about every couple of weeks.  My FireNet just works all the time."
